Jim is a native of Galax, Virginia. He is a graduate of National Business College and began his career with a national CPA firm. Licensed in both Virginia and North Carolina, his clientele include individuals, professionals, businesses of all entity types and not-for-profit organizations. During his 50 years of public accounting, he has audited numerous types of entities and dealt with all realms of tax practice. He has extensive experience in accounting and consulting with small businesses. Jim is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, Virginia Society of CPAs, and North Carolina Association of CPAs. He is a past president of the Martinsville Rotary Club and has been the club treasurer for the past 25 years. He has been active in civic and community organizations throughout his career. Jim and his wife Nancy reside in Martinsville.

They have one daughter and one granddaughter.

Robert, born in Prince Edward Island, Canada, graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He is licensed in Virginia and North Carolina and has 49 years of experience in public accounting. His clientele include individuals, professionals, small businesses of all kinds, estates, trusts, and not-for-profit organizations. He has extensive experience in preparing business and individual income tax returns, information technology, and QuickBooks & Peachtree software.

Robert is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, Virginia Society of CPAs, and the Piedmont Chapter of CPAs. In addition, he serves as a board member of the Piedmont Chapter of CPAs. Robert and his wife, Frances, have been married for 46 years and reside in Martinsville. They have 2 sons, Ian and Wendell. Robert enjoys traveling and has been on expeditions which have included crewing on a 32 foot sailboat in a Florida to Cuba race, traveling to Russia, and taking a train through the EigerMountain to the top of the Junfrau Summit in the Swiss Alps.

Don is a partner in the firm with a focus in income taxation and retirement plans. He is an Enrolled Agent with over 43 years of experience in public and retail accounting. He graduated from East Carolina University in 1969 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting. His clientele includes individuals, small businesses, professionals, and not-for-profit organizations.

Don was born in Drumheller, Alberta, Canada and currently resides in Penhook, Virginia. He has been married to his wife, Donna, for 44 years. The couple has three children: Donald, Jennifer, and Julie. Don thoroughly enjoys officiating middle and high school sports. He has over 32 years of experience in sports refereeing, and he has served as the commissioner for DanMar Officials Association for the past 15 years.
